A varied sports programme, which provides for the different needs of our patients, is part of the Buchinger concept: Pilates, gymnastics, walks, Nordic walking, swimming, water gymnastics, French bowls, tennis and dancing are available in the clinic. Other sporting activities can be practised in the area, including golf, sailing, riding and cycling.
Physical activity benefits the heart and circulation and stimulates fat burning. Risk factors such as arteriosclerosis, hypertension, diabetes or everweight conditions can be reduced by increasing fitness levels. Physical activity also improves excretory processes and has favourable effects on mental balance and the ability to sleep.
